RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Given we are only a small indie publisher and BAREBUM BILLY is our very first book, unless there is clear damage to the book(s) during shipping and/or a flaw in the printing of the book, we are sorry to say we do not offer either refunds or returns.
However, if the book has clearly been damaged during shipping OR there is a flaw in the printing of a book, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence.
We will assess what you send us fairly, and if we deem it reasonable, then we will replace the book at no extra cost to you. All that we ask is that you then gift the damaged book to charity or another child.
